??? จุดมุ่งหมายของการทำงาน คือ อะไร .... เรากำลังทุกข์กับงานเพื่ออะไร ???
อะไรคือจุดมุ่งหมายในการทำงาน??

เราทำงานเพื่อไม่ให้ตัวเองอยู่อย่างไร้ค่า, มีอะไรทำฆ่าเวลา และทำงานเพื่อหาเงินมากินข้าว  เราทุกข์เพราะงาน, เราเรียนต่อกันสูงๆ เพื่องาน, เรียนไปเรียนเมืองนอกเพื่อจะได้กลับมาทำงานใหญ่โต....

เราทำงานเพื่ออะไร....
เงิน
ดำรงชีพ
ความก้าวหน้า
จะได้มีชีวิตครอบครัวได้????

ถ้ามีงานอยู่แล้ว (ไม่ขอถามถึงกรณีมีงานทำ ดีกว่าไม่มีงานทำ)  ถ้างานที่ทำอยู่เงินเดือนดี, สวัสดิการดี, บรรยากาศการทำงานไม่ดี, ไม่มีโอกาสก้าวหน้า ถ้าไม่คิดอะไรก็จะได้เงินเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆ แต่ตัน เป็นระดับ supervisor ไปจนตาย

กับอีกงานหนึ่ง เงินเดือนน้อยกว่า, คิดว่ามีโอกาสก้าวหน้า, สวัสดิการไม่ดี, บรรยากาศการทำงานไม่รู้ แต่คงจะดีขึ้น, ผจญกับปัญหา, ยุ่งเกี่ยวกับคน... คนที่มีปัญหา

คุณจะเลือกอะไรให้กับชีวิต??
ทำงานที่เดิม เก็บเงิน ออกไปทำธุรกิจส่วนตัวที่ตัวเองไม่มีประสบการณ์ เพราะเคยเป็นแต่มนุษย์ เงินเืดือน หรือ ดิ้นทุรนทุรายลาออกจากที่เดิม ที่ๆ เงินดี เงินเดือนขึ้นทุกปี ไม่ต่ำกว่า x,000 บาท แล้วไปหา "ประสบการณ์" เพิ่ม .. เงินเดือนลด, สวัสดิการลด, วันลาพักร้อนลดลง, ที่ทำงานไกลขึ้น, ต้องอยู่หอพัก, ยิ่งกำลังเรียน ป.โท อยู่ ไม่มีปัญญาไปเรียนแหง่ๆ แต่ บรรยากาศที่ทำงานเดิม ซังกะบ๊วยมาก ไม่อยากมาทำงาน อยากนอนดีกว่า....

ได้อ่านข้อความข้างบน นึกว่าตัวเองมาโพสต์ไว้น่ะ แต่เผอิญมาอ่านเจอว่าเรียน ป.โทอยู่ คือเรียนจบป.โท มาแล้ว แต่ความรู้สึกเหมือนกันเลย ถ้าใครมีคำตอบให้ได้ ช่วยตอบทีนะจ๊ะ

ปัญหา ปัญหา ทุกคนมีแต่ปัญหา
เกิดมาก็มีปัญหากันทุกคน จะยากดีมีจน เกิดเป็นคนเมื่อไร
ปัญหาก็มีอยู่ทั่ว ๆ ไป ไม่ต้องแปลกใจ ใคร ๆ เขาก็มี
  อำพล มาช่า บิลลี่ คนขายโรตี หรือเด็กสตรีวัดระฆัง
  หลายคนพ่อเขามีสตางค์   ก็ยังมีปัญหาอยู่ดี
คิดว่าฉันเป็นเด็กมีปัญหา    ถามว่าใครบ้างที่ไม่มี
สมบัติ จารุณี    เด็กหญิงวัลลี หรือเจ้าชายแอนดรู
  บางราย นั้นน่าเป็นห่วง แม่ชอบพุ่มพวง ลูกชอบแสงระวี
  เถียงกันไม่รู้จักจบ จนตะวันชิงพลบ ก็ยังไม่จบซักกะที

ยังไม่มีความเห็นนะจ๊ะ เพราะเท่าที่อ่าน ก็คิดว่าคุณก็เข้าใจดี และคำตอบก็อยู่ในรายละเอียดกระทู้อยู่แล้ว เพียงแต่ว่าคุณยังตัดสินใจไม่ได้ว่าคุณจะตัดสินใจอย่างไรดี.........ได้อย่างก็ต้องเสียอย่าง เป็นธรรมดา มันเป็นเงื่อนไขของมันอยู่แล้ว   สำหรับวิถีชีวิตของคน ๆ หนึ่งที่ไม่ว่าจะทำอะไรต้องมีเงื่อนไขให้ได้และเสียตลอด(ไม่ใช่เงินทองนะจ๊ะ) ไม่รู้ทำไม...
คิดว่าตัวคุณเองก็รู้คำตอบและมีคำตอบอยู่ในใจอยู่แล้ว แต่สำหรับผม ฟ้าหลังฝนมันจะสวยงามเสมอ ในความคิด  คุณก็โตพอสมควรแล้วหละ เพราะทำงานแล้วจบออกมาจากระดับการศึกษาที่หลาย ๆ คนเรียกว่าปัญญาชนแล้ว   ค่อย ๆ คิด ค่อย ๆ ทำเถอะนะจ๊ะ วิเคราะห์ให้ดี ๆ  งานก็ไม่ได้มีบริษัทเดียว หน่วยงานเดียวซักกะหน่อย    ถ้าอายุคุณยังไม่ถึงสามสิบ เปลี่ยนงานก็ได้ครับนั่นคือความคิดของผม เพียงแต่ว่าคุณไม่มีทางรู้หรอกว่าวันข้างหน้ามันจะเป็นเช่นไร แล้วงานใหม่จะดีดั่งใจคิดหรือเปล่า  ถ้าไม่ดีหละ แต่ถ้าดีกว่าหละ เหรียญมีสองด้านเสมอ  (ถ้าเหรียญมีด้านเดียว ไม่สามารถใช้หนี้ได้ตามกฎหมาย)  ผมไม่รู้รายละเอียดและปัจจัยแวดล้อมของคุณมากนัก  ก็เพียงได้แต่บอกให้ค่อย ๆคิด ค่อย ๆ ทำนั่นแหละ   ผมไม่เคยทำงานบริษัท จบออกมาก็ทำงานอยู่ที่บ้านเลย งานที่ทำก็ไม่เคยได้ร่ำเรียนมา เพราะไม่เคยมีอาจารย์คนไหนสอนว่าถ้าคุณจะเข้าตลาดไปแบบ me too. ในวิชาการ ใช่ การแข่งขัน เป็นไปตามกลไกตลาด  แต่ในชีวิตจริง ปัจจัยแวดล้อม  เจ้าตลาด เจ้าเก่า ๆ ที่มีอยู่แล้ว เอย  ลูกค้าเอย ทำเลเอย สินค้าเอย อะไรต่อมิอะไร มันมีปัจจัยแปรผันเข้ามาเกี่ยวข้องอยู่ตลอด และที่ผมบอกว่าอาจารย์ไม่เคยสอน ลูกปืน มือปืน อำนาจมืด ส่วย โอยอีกต่าง ๆ อีกเยอะแยะมากมาย

ทุกข์เพราะเหตุใด
หาทางดับทุกข์นั้น
ในภาวะจิตใจที่ไม่สับสนลังเล
ด้วยปัญญา ที่มีเมตตาต่อผู้อื่น

สำรวจตัวเองด้วยเถิดว่า เป็นหน่วยซังกะบ๊วยในความคิดของผู้อื่นด้วยหรือไม่?
เริ่มต้นที่ตัวเราว่ายาก เปลี่ยนแปลงคนอื่นยิ่งยากกว่า
เห็นมากกว่าที่มอง ลองฟังมากกว่าที่ได้ยิน
มีอื่น ๆ อีกมากมาย ที่เราอาจจะเข้าใจและอภัยให้ผู้อื่นได้

อาการแย่ ๆ อย่างนั้น เราก็เคยเป็นนะ
แล้วก็ต้องรีบไล่มันออกจากชีวิตโดยเร็ว ความสุขอยู่ที่ใจเนี่ยล่ะ
ขอความเบิกบานมีต่อผู้ประพฤติได้จ้ะ

อย่ามองแต่ความทุกข์ของตัวเองเท่านั้น มองปัญหาคนอื่นๆ ที่เขาประสบอยู่ด้วย รอบๆตัวเรานะ แล้วก็พยายามหาความสุข กิจกรรมสันทนาการอื่นๆ ชดเชยแทนนะ อัญญาเขาก็พูดถูกนะ กระบี่อยู่ที่ใจเขาว่างั้นนะ

เราโตพอที่จะทำงานทุกๆอย่าง ทุกๆคน ทุกๆเรื่อง ทุกสิ่งทั้งงานหลัก งานอดิเรก งานรอง งานบ้านให้เก่งและดีเหนือมาตฐานเยอะมากแล้วอ่ะ สามารถบริหารจัดการ คน เงิน เวลา เทคโน และมีพลังทำให้เกิดงานโตขนาดนี้ถ้าทำไม่ได้สิแปลก แล้วก็โตพอที่จะมีชีวิตมีความสำพันธ์ที่ดีกับ เพื่อนๆ แฟน ครอบครัว เพื่อนร่วมงาน เซ็กส์ ศีลธรรมในชีวิต ความรับผิดชอบในทุกคนทุกเรื่องทุกสิ่ง วินัยในทุกคน ทุกเรื่องทุกสิ่ง มันสองในระดับสูงในทุกคนทุกเรื่องทุกสิ่ง สำนึกในระดับสูงในทุกคนทุกเรื่องทุกสิ่งทั้งงานและชีวิต การับรู้ในระดับสูงทุกคนทุกเรื่อง ทุกสิ่งทั้งในงานทุกๆอย่างงาน และในชีวิต ที่ในระดับประชาชาติโตขนาดนี้ ถ้าทำทุกอย่างรับรู้และตอบโต้ไม่ได้สิแปลกมาก
