May I ask you something? Let me tell you the story, first.
You and your friends have planned to go for a trip. Everyone is busy with their schedules, but we are trying to search for hotels and car. We all have never been to that place. However, there is one free-rider, who wanna join us but do nothing. He keeps saying "I'm busy, I don't know anything, and I don't know how to start". It's not too difficult to search on the Internet, isn't it? He used to be a nice guy for us, and I did appreciate his kindness. However, this time, when I asked him for helping us to prepare some information for the trip, he, again, keep saying the same thing. I really feel so bad and a little upset. If we are in the same team, why don't we help each other. He is busy, so do I as well as everyone.
If you were me, what would you do? I don't want to hurt our relationship, but I'm not feel good at all.

อืม...เมื่อก่อนคิดว่าทุก ๆ คนคงเคยมีอารมณ์ ที่เค้าเรียกกันว่าไรหว่า..ติดเพื่อนไม่สิ แต่ก็อะไรประมาณนี้กันบ้างแหละ แล้วก็คิดว่า ส่วนใหญ่ก็ต้องเคยเจอเหตุการณ์ที่ทำให้เสียความรู้สึกประมาณนี้
อืม..พูดเชิงธรรมะนิด ๆ นะ อย่ายึดติดกับอะไร ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความรู้สึก หรือสิ่งที่เราอยากให้เป็น เราบังคับให้ใครรู้สึกอย่างไรไม่ได้เหมือนก็คงไม่มีใครบังคับใจเราได้เหมือนกัน ดังนั้นถ้าใครเค้าเป็นยังไง ก็ให้เค้าเป็นไปเถอะรู้ว่าเบื่อ รู้ว่าไม่ชอบ ก็แค่นั้น อย่าเก็บมาเป็นอารมณ์เลย เพราะตัวเรานั้นแหละที่ทุกข์เองทั้งที่เราไม่ได้ทำอะไรผิดซะหน่อย..อย่างนี้ไม่สนุกเลยเนอะ เค้าไม่ช่วยเราก็ทำเองสิ ตนเป็นที่พึ่งแห่งตนนะ ชัวร์สุดแล้ว แล้วอะไรอีกหลาย ๆ อย่างจะร่วมการตัดสินตานั้นเองแหละว่าจะมีเพื่อนคบต่อไปไหม ...อืมอีกอย่างเปิดใจให้กว้างด้วย เค้าอาจมีปัญหาจริง ๆ จนไม่สามารถร่วมไปกับเราก็ได้ ให้เวลาเป็นเครื่องพิสูจน์ใจของแต่ล่ะคนดีกว่านะ.....

ใจเย็น ๆ ค่ะ ใจเย็น ๆ คิดซะว่าเค้าอาจจะมีเหตุผลอะไรบางอย่างที่ไม่สามารถทำให้ได้ ...
อย่าคาดหวังอะไรมากมายเลยค่ะ คาดหวังมากไป เมื่อผิดหวังก็จะเกิดอาการอย่างนี้ล่ะค่ะ ...
เมื่อไปเที่ยวด้วยกันแล้ว อาจจะหาสาเหตุเจอก็เป็นได้ .. ต่อจากนั้น ก็อยู่ที่คุณแล้วล่ะค่ะ ว่าจะมีระยะห่างกันขนาดไหน
ได้บ่นแล้ว .. สบายใจแล้วน้า .. เอ้า ทำงาน ทำงาน อ่านหนังสือ อ่านหนังสือ

If he wants to be one of the team, just let him know that he has to do something. I think you might ask him to, for example, buy some snacks with a given list or do something that if he don't do his job, he'll be the one who've got a problem. I think in this case you should be straight forward and talk to him frankly; otherwise, there might be some kind of misunderstanding and the relationship might not be for long.
Does he own a computer or may be he might have a problem with his computer? Sometimes, people feel embarrass when they don't have what others expect them to have. Or he might not know where to start and that you need to give some advise or even teach him.
That's why you should be straight forward...sit and talk. He might feel uncomfortable in doing such thing. Find out what his "exact" problem is, you might realize something that you haven't known before!
